Data we process

When you book an appointment on the website, we process:

• your name, phone number and e-mail address;
• appointment details: the service, barber, date and time, and whether you attended;
• if you sign in with a Google account: the name and e-mail address Google provides to us.

Purposes and legal basis

• booking and providing the service, including the confirmation, reminder and notices of changes: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Law);
• recording no-shows and limiting online booking after repeated no-shows, and preventing misuse: the controller's legitimate interest (Article 12(1)(6) of the Law); booking by phone remains available;
• the security and proper operation of the website: the controller's legitimate interest (Article 12(1)(6) of the Law).

Whether providing data is required

Providing data is not a legal requirement. Without your name, phone number and e-mail address an appointment cannot be booked on the website; you can also book by phone.

Recipients

Data is processed on our behalf and on our instructions by processors: Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (calendar, spreadsheet and e-mail services) and the website's hosting provider. Barbers have access only to data about their own appointments. We do not sell data or disclose it to third parties for marketing.

Transfers to other countries

Processors may process data outside the Republic of Serbia, including in the United States. Transfers are made in accordance with the Law's provisions on transfers of personal data to other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep booking data for [24 MONTHS] from the date of the appointment, after which the name, phone number and e-mail address are permanently deleted. Google sign-in data is deleted if you do not sign in for [24 MONTHS].

Cookies

The website does not use cookies or analytics and advertising tools. Your browser's local storage holds only the data needed for features you choose (signing in with Google, showing the map), and you can delete it at any time.

Google map

The map loads only when you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Your rights

Under the Law, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• rectification and completion of your data;
• erasure;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

You can submit a request to exercise your rights to obilicbarbershop@gmail.com. We respond without undue delay and no later than 30 days from receipt.
